Program/Service Notes:
The executive office of elder affairs is responsible for the administration and oversight of a variety of programs and services that benefit older people in the Commonwealth. Elder affairs directs services to approximately 40,000 elders through state-funded home care services, administers Title III social and nutrition services under the Older Americans Act, and fulfills advocacy, planning and policy functions on behalf of the 1.1 million elders of the Commonwealth.
