Bilingual staff on site. Non-HMO/Hospital affiliated clients seen. Clients seen without appointment in emergency. Average length of appointment: 1 hour. Average time between calls to make an appointment and the appointment: 1-2 weeks. Accessible by public transportation (Commuter Rail - MBTA Orange Line - Back Bay Station). Accessible to disabled clients/wheelchairs. Provides HIV information and referrals. Provides Hep C infomation and referrals. Provides services for HIV positive individuals, including rental assistance, nutrition, transportation, housing advocacy, etc. Particularly able to respond to the needs of: Bisexuals, Low income women, Lesbians, Women of Color, Young mothers, Transgender people.
