Teenline program provides youth with the information and support they need to access community resources. Teenline offers youth 11-25 short term case coordination and acts as a liaison between service providers and youth. Teen line does street outreach and operates several drop-in sites throughout Franklin County and the north Quabbin.
-Confidential and anonymous hotline for professional assistance on any issue or concern related to youth, teens, and young adults.
-Concerns dealing with housing programs, shelters, food pantries, crisis intervention programs, health services, drug rehab facilities and more.
-Provide information and referral services and outreach and case coordination services. -No charge for services.
-A project of DIAL/SELF Teen Services, a non-profit agency which serves rural Western Massachusetts.
