Eligibility: Women living in MA, income less than 250% poverty level, having no health insurance, services depending on age: Under 40- personal or family history of breast or ovarian cancer, received therapeutic radiation to chest, or referred by clinician to rule out breast or ovarian cancer. Over 65- Ineligible for Medicare or does not have Medicare Part 2. Between18-39- meet the criteria listed above, never had a Pap test or have not had a Pap test in 5 years.

The Massachusetts Women's Health Network (WHN) provides free breast and cervical cancer screening and diagnostic services, and health education services to low income, uninsured women at over 90 locations throughout the state. At some locations, women can also receive free cardiovascular risk factor screening, diabetes screening risk reduction education, and healthy lifestyle interventions. The Women's Health Network covers the following services: Mammograms Clinical breast exams Pap tests Pelvic exams Diagnostic services for breast and cervical cancer including, if needed, radiology, biopsy, pathology anesthesia Screening* for hypertension, cholesterol, and diabetes Healthy lifestyle counseling* For help finding an enrollment site or to get more information, call this toll free number: 1-877-414-4447 (TTY 617-624-5992). The toll free number includes messages in Spanish and Portuguese as well as English.
