DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES:

We provide a variety of family support services for individuals with developmental disabilties and their families. Realizing that families and individuals have diverse needs, we have designed our services to be flexible and easy to access.
SERVICES:
-Cash Assistance: Providing funds to families and individuals to purchase supports, i.e. respite care, adaptive equipment.
-Case Management: Assisting adults with developmental disabilities and their families in coordinating a variety of services.
-Information and Referral: Linking families and professionals to local, state and federal resources.
-Support Groups: Monthly meetings that provide parents, brothers and sisters the opportunity to develop friendships and gain knowledge about disability issues.
-Family to Family: Families working together to develop creative housing options for adults with disabilities.
