DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: 14-bed transitional housing program that provides long-term supported housing for individuals while they regain economic and housing stability. Program of ServiceNet. Residents are provided with room and board, housing search and referral assistance, supportive counseling in life skills, peer mentor follow-up support, and other services.
