The Inn shelters up to twenty men and women per night, for a maximum stay of three months. A bed and three meals per day are provided, along with staff support. Most nights the Inn is full, and there is often a waiting list. Unlike many shelters, the Grove Street Inn is also open during the day so that residents can:
-Work on job and housing searches.
- Work second and third shift jobs.
- Connect with rehabilitative and medical services.
Guests at the Inn must commit to remaining drug and alcohol free while at the Inn and share in cooking, cleaning, and other household tasks.
