-YWCA has been meeting the critical needs of women and girls in our community for more than 130 years, providing responsive and responsible services. -YWCA has many programs geared to the safety, education and well-being of women. PROGRAMS: -ARCH crisis hotline for battered women and their children. Offers shelter, counseling, legal/court advocacy, outreach and support groups. -Domestic Violence and Sexual assault unit. -New Beginnings -Teen Transitional Living Program -Visitation Center -Economic Mentoring -Youth and Young Women's Program -Relocation Support Program for women who have suffered domestic violence and are in need of financial assistance to either relocate or maintain their current safe housing situation.
