Provides Information and Referral service for Western Ma. Provides other services for Essex county only. Represents children and youth in legal and administrative proceedings, including child abuse and neglect, runaways, custody and adoption disputes, school matters including suspension/expulsion cases, special education cases, SSI matters, access to adequate and appropriate services for children in the custody of DSS or DYS and the cases of severely handicapped children who are denied services due to bureaucratic red tape.
