Fees:
We accept most private and public insurance plans. Patients without insurance will be asked for income information and services will be billed on a sliding fee scale. Programs we participate in include: Medicare, MassHealth, Children's Medical Security Plan, Workers' Comp, Center Care, and Free Care/Uncompensated Care Pool.

The Community Health Center of Franklin County (CHCFC) is a non-profit health center where you and your family can receive preventive and primary health care regardless of your ability to pay.
Health and Medical Services:
-preventive and primary health care for children, adolescents, adults and elders
-chronic disease management (high blood pressure, asthma, diabetes)
-women' health services
-farmworkers health services
-physical exams for jobs, sports, school and health assessment
-immunizations
-health education
-HIV counseling and testing
Laboratory Services:
-routine laboratory services on-site
Nutrition Counseling
School Based Health Centers
WIC Program Site
Everyone is accepted without regard to income, insurance status, ability to pay or past medical history. No one will be turned away because of inability to pay.
