AIDS CARE/Hampshire County provides case management and comprehensive support services to people living with HIV infection, their families and friends.
Individual needs may vary, but services may include:
Case management, support groups, acupuncture and massage, garden project, over-the-counter medications, fitness/health memberships, buddy volunteers, child care assistance, housing assistance, transportation, emergency food vouchers, financial counseling, consumer advisory board, congregate meals, home makers, information and referral, resource library, newsletter.
