Program/Service Notes:
We are a safe and welcoming drop-in center for women who have experienced violence, trauma and/or sexual abuse in their lifetime.
We offer a women-only space to relax, read, explore resources and connect with other women. We offer the use of computers, child care, mothering/family support services, education's and enrichment groups, basic needs assistance, information and referral services and a free children's clothing exchange.
-ATRUIM Groups (Addictions and Trauma Recovery Integration Model) are free 12-week groups for women whose lives have been touched by violence and addictive behavior. Participants will come to understand the connection between self-care and childhood abuse, neglect, trauma and domestic violence, as well as learning new ways to heal the body, mind and spirit. Call or come in for more information on meeting times.
-Also have AA Meetings, writing and activities groups.
