Program/Service Notes:
-Psycho-educational treatment to emotionally disturbed children, adolescents and their families -Goal is to diagnose, treat, and work towards the prevention of mental illness. During the summer, students participate in high-interest, interactive, thematic, and academic or work opportunities both on campus and in the community. New Directions is licensed by the Department of Education(DOE). Program includes: -Residential living -SPED school -Clinic which provides services such as: -Intake and diagnostic planning -Case management -Individual, group, and family counseling -Medication -Intervention -Direct and consultive nursing services -Crisis and emergency intervention -After care and follow up services.
