Self-Defense & Martial Art School offering: -Power Place, Self-Defense for Women Self-Defense is not just about kicking and punching. It's about accessing your courage to take up space. It's about being fully who you are. In a fun and safe setting, you will begin to brake from the limiting conditions and habits of your past and enter the present moment with renewed energy, awareness and practical skills to stay safe and communicate effectively with others. -Girls P.A.C.T. Self-Defense for Girls 9-12 Power - Trust your feelings and use the strength of our bodies, minds and voices Attitude - Aim for confidence Creativity - Build a personal personal repertoire of self-defense options Technique - Learn non-verbal, verbal, and physical skills -Allies in Safety, Mother/Daughter Self-Defense A special and rewarding opportunity to bring teenage women and their moms together to learn and practice skills to build confidence and increase safety and awareness
