Program/Service Notes:
We offer the therapeutic benefits of group therapy for many issues. Groups are especially helpful for problems in relationships or self-esteem. Groups may also deal with specific topics such as grief and loss, communication, phobias, or past history of abuse. Some of the groups commonly offered include: Adult Therapy Group Parenting Group Incest Survivor's Group Men's Groups Women's Groups Elder's Groups The special benefits of a group setting include hearing the experience and insight of other group members who share common concerns. The varied and rich interactions among group members offer another opportunity for growth. As a condition of joining a group, all participants agree to protect the names of all members, as all personal information must be kept confidential.
