Program/Service Notes:
Clinical and Support Options (CSO) provides a full range of comprehensive mental health and counseling services to children, families, adults and seniors throughout the Franklin County/North Quabbin/Northampton areas. SERVICES: -Adult Outpatient Services: Individual Therapy, Marital/Couple Therapy, Family Therapy, Group Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Psychiatric Evaluation. -Child and Family Services: Family, Adolescent and Child Therapy, Individual Assessment, Psychiatric Evaluations, Parent Support. -Community Support Services: Psychological and emotional support, Recreation and leisure time activities, Symptom Management, Substance Abuse and Dual Diagnosis Services, Life Skills and Activities of Daily Living, Help with money management, Housing assistance / Access to Entitlement and Benefits. -Crisis Services Program: Round the Clock Response, On-Site and Outreach Evaluations, Triage and Referral, Follow up and Discharge, Prevention of Future Crises and Facilitation of Multi-Provider Crisis Protocols for Selected Clients. -Day Rehabilitation Program: Referrals from Department of Mental Health. -Domestic Violence Program. -Elder Clinical Services: Comprehensive Assessment, Individual, Family and Group Counseling, Elder Peer Counseling, Psychiatric Evaluation and Medication Consultation, Family/Caregiver Consultation, Education, Outreach. -Elder Peer Counseling Program: People Having General Difficulties With Aging, People Struggling with Losses, People in the Early Stages of Cognitive Loss, Caregivers of Alzheimer Disease Patients. -Green River House, Quabbin House: Transitional Houses where members go through work experience, transitional employee programs and socialization programs. -Group Services: Adult Therapy Group,Parenting Group, Incest Survivor's Group, Men's Groups, Women's Groups, Elder's Groups. -Human Resources Center: A Clinic-based and outreach therapy services, a Domestic Violence Program, and a Supported Housing Program. -Psychiatric Services: Psychiatric services, including evaluation, assessment and medication monitoring, to all agency consumers in need of medication services. -School Based Therapy Program: Work with elementary, middle, and high school-aged children whose struggles with life's challenges impair their relationships, schoolwork, self-esteem, and general well being. These life challenges might include: Divorce, Loss of Loved One, Mental Illness, Neglect, Familial Mental Illness, Familial Substance Abuse, Domestic Violence, Abuse, Learning Disabilities,Peer Relationships. -Sex Offender Program: Comprehensive Assessment, Group Therapy,Consultation and Training.
