insurance is accepted for outpatient mental health services for victims, many services are free, adult offender services are based on income and a sliding scale is available

- Intake and referral program for survivors of domestic violence
- Battered women's support groups, day & evening. Day group offers free childcare.
- Volunteer and intern program
- Psychiatric evaluations and medication management
- Parenting group
- Children's services, including assessments, evaluations, individual therapy, group treatment, psychiatric evaluations
- SHARE program: a homicide bereavement program offering free individual & family counseling and crisis intervention
- Parenting services for men
