This is a transitional housing program designed to help homeless mothers and children that are HIV positive or have AIDS to transition into permanent housing within 24 months. -The Residence offers the following services: case management, mental health counseling, HIV/AIDS medical and peer support groups, substance abuse/relapse prevention counseling, housing search services, meals, family recreation, referrals and linkage to community resources, expressive/play therapy for children, parenting classes, independent living skills classes. Application process to apply for services.
