Homes for Families is a statewide organization with a membership of families who are, have been, or are at risk of becoming homeless, human providers and advocates. We do our work as a partnership between all of our members. 50% of our board, staff and membership have experienced homelessness. Homes for Families provides: -advocates for policies that meet the needs of homeless and at-risk families -phone referrals to families trying to access housing, shelter, benefits and services -administers that family side of Boston's Vacancy Clearinghouse Program
