Appointments M-F 8-5. Emergency on-call service is available 24 hours a day by calling 413-577-5000.

Fees:
The Student Health Fee, paid by all students taking five or more credits per semester, covers initial psychotherapy visits. After these prepaid visits, your primary insurance will be billed.
Intake Process:
The first time you contact the Center for Counseling and Psychological Health (CCPH), you'll be scheduled for a 10 – 15 minute phone or in-person appointment with a clinician.

A multicultural professional staff of social workers, psychologists, psychiatrists, and psychology and social work interns provide a wide range of confidential clinical services include crisis intervention, short-term therapy for individuals, couples and families, support and therapy groups, behavioral medicine, psychiatric services and an eating disorders clinic.
Staff also provides consultation and education for the campus and surrounding communities. CCHP's suicide prevention experts offer free training for the campus community.
APPOINTMENTS ARE ENCOURAGED AND CAN BE ARRANGED BY CALLING 545-2337.
You will be offered a telephone triage appointment with a senior clinician, who will help develop a plan to meet your individual needs. When clinically appropriate, urgent appointments are available. If an appointment needs to be rescheduled or canceled, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
