Specialized Teen Services: 413.577.0752
24-Hour Crisis Hotline: 413.545.0800

If you or someone you know has been sexually assaulted or battered and needs to talk to someone right away, Counselor/Advocates are available for people of all ages to offer support, information, crisis intervention and advocacy. The counselor on duty can also help you get in touch with the Teen Specialist.

Short-term Counseling

The Teen Education Specialist, Teen Services Counselor, and Counselor/Advocates who have specific training with teens can meet with you for 10-12 meetings as you begin to explore your feelings, identify your strengths and figure out how violence or abuse affects your life. You can decide what you want to focus on. We use an empowerment model which encourages you to let us know the best ways to offer you support.

Advocacy

We can provide information and support you if you choose to involve or access other resources such as the police, court system, hospital or school.

Support Groups

The Teen Specialist offers support groups for teen survivors. Please call 413.577.0752 to see which groups are currently available or to express your wish for a particular kind of group.

Referrals

We know a lot about resources available in the area and we can usually connect you with someone who can help you.
