Our Services
Rape Crisis Services
We provide comprehensive support services to individuals of all gender expressions who are survivors of sexual assault, intimate partner violence (domestic violence), childhood sexual abuse and sexual harassment. Our services include legal and medical advocacy, individual counseling for survivors and significant others, support groups and a range of services specific to students in the five college community.

Counseling Services
We provide an alternative for women who may not necessarily define the issues they are dealing with as mental health issues, may not choose to seek services from a traditional mental health facility, or may prefer the anonymity of seeking services away from their own campus. Some women come to the CSP seeking support related to issues of gender or racial discrimination. Some women come to us because they feel their needs have not been met by services that focus on the health of the individual versus the health of the society in which we live. Many women seek our services because they trust that a women’s center will better understand their experience in the world in the context of sexism, racism, homophobia and other social justice issues. Our free services are available to Five College and community women.
Community Education
We serve as the violence prevention and community education component of the Rape Crisis Center of Hampshire County. Our services are available to the entire Hampshire County community. We provide youth-focused workshops in middle and high schools, professional and paraprofessional trainings for community organizations, and university focused trainings for faculty, staff and/or students.
