Cell Phone Donation Drive
Everywoman’s Center is reaching out to you for help with our used cellular phone collection drive. Collected phones are reused or recycled; the proceeds will support crisis intervention services and prevention education in the community. With your help thousands of dollars can be raised through the collection of used cell phones at no cost to you! With countless phones sitting idly throughout our community, the fund-raising potential is limitless.

Our fund-raising partner, Shelter Alliance, (www.shelteralliance.net) works with over 650 domestic violence/sexual assault agencies in 48 states and has a 2004 goal of raising $1,000,000 to benefit these agencies nationwide. Shelter Alliance contributes up to $25 per phone! The phones that do not receive payment are recycled in a socially responsible way.

Our current drop-off locations are:
Nelson House, 513 E. Pleasant St., Amherst
Whole Foods Market, Hadley
5 College UMass Credit Union, Hadley
Curves, South Amherst

We greatly appreciate your support of our cause.
