Join us for the second installment of this year’s History Institute.  Professor Audrey Altstadt will examine energy and human rights in the oil and gas-producing states around the Caspian Sea—Azerbaijan, Russia, Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan and Iran—with an emphasis on US and EU policy toward these regions.  Professor Altstadt’s lecture is free and open to the public.

A registration-only workshop for K-12 Teachers will follow from 5:30-7:00 pm.
