10:00 - GUEST HOST ROGER TINCKNELL REPRESENTATIVE ELLEN STORY

Guest Host and local legend Roger Tincknell has been writing and singing music for adults and children for over 25 years. Joining Roger is State Representative Ellen Story who will read from Jan Brett’s The Lost Mitten.

10:30 - ZOO ON THE GO

Zookeeper Teralyn Rizzuto, from Forest Park’s “Zoo on the Go,” accompanied by UMass student parent Malinda Sears, showcases some of the Zoo’s  live animals and artifacts. Children will have the opportunity to learn about and interact with the animals.

11:00 - MUSIC TOGETHER FOR VALLEY FAMILIES

Calling all families with young children—newborns to 5-year olds- come join Debbie Weyl, local director of Music Together for Valley Families, in a fun, interactive, music and movement program  for the whole family.

11:30 - AMHERST MARTIAL ARTS

Courtesy. Integrity. Perseverance. Self-Control. Indomitable Spirit. These are the tenets of Korean Tae Kwon as exemplified in this demonstration of martial arts moves by adults and children from Amherst Martial Arts.

11:45 - DAN THE YO-YO MAN

Be amazed! Daniel Dietz, better known as “Dan Dan the Yo-Yo Man, Master of Time & Space,” is a National Yo-Yo Champion, UMass student, and teacher at A2Z Science & Learning Store in  Northampton, Mass. 

12:00 - MISS LETICIA

Fabulous Leticia Davies honed her high energy, multi-lingual music for children by playing at The Family Center, UMass and at local preschools and arts programs where she is known as "Miss Leticia.” Today, Letica is joined by a group of her student ukulele players.  

12:15 - THE VALLEY DANCE PROJECT

Iris Berkman, Founder and Director of The Valley Dance Project combines skill development with creative expression through dance for children over two and adults. This interactive presentation is a great introduction for your young child to explore the joys of movement.

12:45 - RED BARN STUDIO

Leigh Salvage celebrates her new Mundito Music and Movement ORFF teaching program at Red Barn Studio with music and movement from around the globe. Leigh is also an Amherst Family Center mom, daycare provider, and movement person extraordinaire.  

12:30 - PINEAPPLE DANCE STUDIO

Elektrik BoyZ & Swan Lake One school, two performances! Pineapple Dance Studio under the direction of founder, director, Charlotte Doyle presents: Elektrik BoyZ, an awesome hip-hop group, and Scenes from Swan Lake, which showcase some of Pineapple Studio's youngest dancers.

1:00pm - Special Closing and Goodbye in Song with Guest Host Roger Tincknell
