Permaculture Conference Keynote Speaker: Majora Carter

Urban revitalization specialist and green infrastructure professional Majora Carter will be kicking off the 2013 UMass Amherst "Permaculture Your Campus Conference" at the Campus Center Auditorium on June 23rd. Join us for a night of sustainable education and networking with people from an international permaculture community. Tickets are available for a small fee that will be used to help fund scholarships for conference participants.

This event is open to the public, and will begin with an hour of networking and refreshments at 6:00 with Majora Carter's keynote speech beginning at 7:00. 

Majora Carter is a leader in sustainability movement in urban centers across the country. Her inspirational speeches have pushed countless people to moving toward an actively sustainable urban environment.
