‘A Night in Tel Aviv’ highlights the opportunities for community building, pro-Israel advocacy and fun cultural experiences that are specific to Israel.  Last year’s event featured a dance performance, cultural decorations, a student slideshow featuring pictures from recent Birthright trips, and a student video titled ‘I Love Tel Aviv Because…’

On December 7, 2012 JSU will again host another ‘Night in Tel Aviv’ with new cultural additions and a larger audience capacity of 800.  This year’s event will feature two dance performances by the Belly Dancing club and the Hip Hop Cultural Organization (break dancing), an educational video at the security entrance in the Cape Cod Lounge, an open marketplace for student clubs, organizations, and our sponsors (including an Israeli Jewelry stand, Black Student Union, Ski 'n Board Club, Relay For Life, Student Alliance For Israel, and more, as well as a large dance component in the Student Union Ballroom.
