As part of the UMass Amherst Outdoor Summer Arts Project, New York-based artist Jennifer Williams created two 12-feet by 24-feet banners for the south facade of the Fine Arts Center building.

It is with great pleasure that Herter Art Gallery presents, John Grillo: Six Decades, Paintings Prints and Drawings, from 1945-2005, a survey exhibition tracing the formal and conceptual evolution of the artist's expansive oeuvre across a period of sixty years.

Using globs of dried paint, recycled fabric, paint rags, and decaying flowers, Sarah Meyers Brent’s mixed-media pieces flow out of and accrete to the canvas and walls.

Actors auditioning for Merchant should be familiar with play and characters. They should prepare two contrasting classic pieces, no more than 3 minutes total. They should also be prepared to share musical/vocal talent if they have these skills.
