Joyce Avrech Berkman, professor of history and adjunct professor of women, gender and sexuality studies, will retire at the end of the 2012-2013 academic year. In celebration of her multifaceted contributions to her field, a day-long series of presentations inspired by her work will be offered, followed by a dinner.
