A subtle and compassionate take on bad education affecting a trio of Catalan teens, filtered through a neatly criss-crossing narrative, this engrossing drama is also an urgent cry for social change (Best Feature, Malaga Film Festival).

The director may be present for discussion with Barbara Zecchi, Jordi Dosaiguas and Eva Paris-Huesca, UMass. Co-sponsored by the 5th Catalan Film Festival & Institut Ramon Llull.

Introduction by Barbara Zecchi, UMass Amherst.

(dir Patricia Ferreira, Spain, 2011, 95 min, in Catalan & Spanish w/English subtitles)
