FORMS FOR THE SEARCH PROCEDURES:
FACULTY & PROFESSIONAL STAFF

The forms for the search procedure have been reformatted in an attempt to make them easier to use. There are now three formats available: Adobe Acrobat (.pdf) , MSWord (.doc) and HTML (.html). If you download the free version of Adobe Acrobat Reader you will be able to view and print files with .pdf extensions while preserving the original formatting.

If you have MS Word, it should be possible to open the forms in MS Word and input data directly into the form before printing. For more information about the search process for faculty and professional staff go to:
