Martín Espada Publishes in the Virginia Quarterly Review

Martín Espada's poem "Big Bird Died for Your Sins" was recently published in the Winter edition of the Virginia Quarterly Review along with three other poems: "Award Ceremony Nightmare With Swedish Meatballs," "Look at This," and "Love Song of the Disembodied Head in a Jar."

Sarah Lynn Patterson recently published “A case for reparations in Northampton” in the Daily Hampshire Gazette alongside Sara Weinberger. Patterson and Weinberger are both members of the Northampton Reparations Committee (NRC) that seeks reparative justice for Black residents of Northampton.

English and marketing double major Kate Devitt recently published an article inspired by taking an environmental humanities course with Malcolm Sen last semester. The article, “Climate Anxiety: What It Is and How to Manage It,” can be read on UMass Amherst Her Campus.
