finger sweep to remove the object; DOES NOT perform a blind finger sweep

Repeats the sequence of attempts (and reattempts) to ventilate, Heimlich

maneuver, and tongue-jaw lift, visualize, and finger sweep if appropriate,

until the obstruction is cleared or advanced procedures are available to

establish a patent airway

If the FBAO is removed and the airway is cleared, checks breathing

If the victim is not breathing, provides rescue breaths; then checks for signs

of circulation (pulse check and evidence of breathing, coughing, or

movement); if there are no signs of circulation, begins chest compression
