CITI Training (Collaborative University Institutional Review Board Training Initiative)

All Faculty and students (e.g., Research Assistantship, Doctoral Forms D3A and 7A, or  independent research projects sponsored by faculty) must complete CITI Training. When you submit your Human Subjects Review materials (Doctoral Forms D-3A and 3B, Consent form and Abstract to the Graduate Program Office, you must also submit documentation of having taken the online course, which is a requirement of the University Institutional Review Board.
