As you close out the project, consider the following:
- Schedule an end-of-grant/contract meeting with ORE 3 to 4 months prior to your project end date. The purpose of this meeting is to analyze the remaining budget and timeframe, ensure all appropriate charges are posted, and re-budget if necessary.
- Write final report to sponsor (submit a copy to ORE).
- Meet with the Associate Dean to discuss next steps and future opportunities.
