As you close out the project, consider the following:
- Schedule end-of-grant/contract meeting with College Business Office 3 to 4 months prior to project end date. The purpose of this meeting is to analyze remaining budget and timeframe, to ensure all appropriate charges are posted, and do any re-budgeting if necessary
- Write final report to sponsor (submit a copy to College Business Office)
- Meet with Associate Dean for Research and Engagement to discuss next steps and future opportunities.
