Rainer Enrique Hamel will give a talk on Bilingual Education and Inclusion Policy in Mexico. Hamel is the program director of “Indigenous Community and Intercultural Bilingual Education” and the coordinator of the project “Language Policy in Latin America” (Linguistics and Philology Association of Latin America).
