How to Make an Appointment

If you are interested in learning more about our educator licensure programs or the Minor in Education, you may want to consider making an in-person or phone appointment with an advisor. Appointments are one-on-one and generally last about 30 minutes. You can make an appointment by contacting the Educator Information Office at 413-545-2002 or eio@educ.umass.edu. When calling or e-mailing to make an appointment, please provide us with several days and times you are available as well as the reason for the appointment (e.g., declare the minor, MTEL information, want to become an English high school teacher).

Location and Directions

The Educator Information Office is located in the School of Education, Furcolo Hall, Room 121. You can reach this office by going through the main doors of the building and taking an immediate right. Our mailing address is as follows:
