TECS Concentrations
The Teacher Education and Curriculum Studies Department has four doctoral concentrations. All four concentrations have a teacher education and school improvement focus. Prospective students should apply to the concentration that reflects their interests.
Doctoral (Ed.D.) degrees are offered in the following areas of concentration:
- Children, Family and Schools (Ed.D.)
- Language, Literacy and Culture (Ed.D.)
- Mathematics, Science and Learning Technologies (Ed.D.)
- Teacher Education and School Improvement (Ed.D.)
Master's (M.Ed.) degrees are offered in the following areas:
- Bilingual, ESL, Multicultural (M.Ed.)
- Child Study and Early Education (M.Ed.)
- Elementary Teacher Education (M.Ed.)
- Secondary Teacher Education (M.Ed.)
- Reading and Writing (M.Ed.)
- Learning, Media and Technology (M.Ed.)
- Science Education Online (M.Ed.)
