Elizabeth Dale named Executive VP

Elizabeth A. Dale (EdD 1998) has been named Executive Vice President of Institutional Advancement for Thomas Jefferson University and Jefferson Health System. Jefferson is a major academic medical center in Philadelphia that encompasses five hospitals and a university with six colleges that train more than 3900 future physicians, scientists, nurses and healthcare professionals. Dale leads all initiatives related to the enterprise’s Philanthropy Pillar and has been charged with modernizing Jefferson’s development program, tripling its team of fundraising professionals and mounting the institution’s first comprehensive campaign. Before coming to Jefferson, she led development as Senior Vice President at Drexel University. Prior to Drexel, she was the Vice Chancellor for Advancement and founding Executive Director of the University of Massachusetts Amherst Foundation.
