CITI Training (Collaborative University Institutional Review Board Training Initiative)
When you submit your Human Subjects Review materials (Doctoral Forms D-3A and 3B, Consent form and Abstract) to the Graduate Program Office, you must also submit documentation of having taken the online course, which is a requirement of the University Institutional Review Board.
