Human Subjects for Non-funded Research Information
CITI Training (Collaborative University Institutional Review Board Training Initiative)
When you submit your Human Subjects Review materials to the Office of Academic
Affairs, you must also submit documentation of having taken the on line course,
which is a requirement of the University Institutional Review Board.

You only need to complete the following 3 modules:
- Introduction
- Historical and Ethical Perspectives
- Informed Consent
Please attach a printout showing
that you have completed these
modules and add it to your Human Subjects materials.
