General Mills Week at the UMass DCs
Look for a General Mills activity each day (September 8-12) in your favorite DC. Monday guess how many Cheerios are in the jar and vote for your favorite cereal. Tuesday submit your personal cereal recipe at the Cereal Lab at Worcester DC from 5-7 pm. Wednesday play the General Mills "sustainability game" at Franklin DC from 11-2 pm. Thursday sample "Sweet Minis" at the Bluewall. Friday enter the Cereal Eating contest at Berkshire DC from 6-9 pm. Each day you will have a chance to win fabulous prizes…Best Buy gift cards, General Mills products, iPhone and more!

FROM THE WHITE HOUSE TO UMASS Wednesday, September 10 from 5 - 9 pm at Berkshire DC... Former White House Chef, Walter Scheib, will visit UMass to prepare favorite food of the First Families. Sample some of the political favorites: Crab Cakes with Remoulade (Republican & Democrat), Southern Fried Chicken (Republican), Braised Pork Chop with Apples, (Democrat). Fruit Bavarian and Chocolate Coconut Bar will be the featured desserts. Don't miss the "Private Briefing" on the south side of Berkshire DC from 7:00-7:45 pm where Walter Scheib will share recipes from the Democratic and Republican families from a unique vantage point: the kitchen.
