Ruixin Zhang is a 2009-2010 Visiting Faculty Fellow with the NCDG. She is a Professor of Public Administration in the College of Administration at Jilin University in China. Prior to this professorship, she was a Post-Doctoral Researcher at the Center of Quantitative Economics Study also at Jilin University. While in residence at the NCDG, Professor Zhang will examine US e-government policies of implementation and administration and conduct three case studies at e-government research centers in the US for publication in a book tentatively titled Research and Practice of Three United States E-government Research Centers. Professor Zhang holds a PhD in public administration from Jilin University.
