Fang Wang is professor in information management at the Business School of Nankai University in Tianjin, China. Her research areas are application, information resource management of e-government, government information openness and information economy. Dr. Wang has published more than 50 papers and 3 books in these areas. She is also the leader of some research projects. Her Fulbright project is to measure the critical and potential factors that influence the success of the service-oriented e-government through a comparative study between the USA and China, especially to explore the key factors that enhance the e-government utilization.
