Andrey Semenov is a 2007 Research Fellow with the National Center for Digital Government. In December 2007 he received a masters degree in Forestry, but his work is interdisciplinary and focuses on Internet-collaboration issues. His masters thesis and project was designing an internet-based collaboration system for the “Urban Ecology Collaborative.” He also worked on another NCDG affiliated project (also funded by the USDA Forest Service) called the “Boston CarbonPlus Calculator” – an online locally specific to Boston carbon calculator that the City of Boston will be promoting in late spring or early summer 2008.
