Cheryl Kiras is a 2008-2009 research fellow with NCDG. She is a Public Policy & Administration degree candidate for 2010. Cheryl earned her undergraduate degree in Social Work at Rhode Island College in 1999. She has put her 10 year public sector career in Information Technology on hold while in graduate school. Cheryl's research interests include information technology polices in the US and Internet control in authoritative regimes.
