Xingan Ge was a NCDG Research Fellow from 2005-2006. Ge holds a Bachelor of Law in Economic Law from Nanjing University in China and a Master of Public Policy and Administration from the Center for Public Policy and Administration at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Prior to coming to NCDG, Ge was the Executive Legal Council of the Law and Policy Department at the Highway Administration Bureau of Jiangsu Province. As a fellow, Ge maintained the NCDG website and provided research assistance to Jane Fountain.
