National Center for Digital Government

R. Erdem Erkul is a 2008-2009 Doctoral Fellow with National Center For Digital Government. He is a PhD candidate at the School of Political Sciences at Ankara University, Turkey. He is also working at Hacettepe University in the Department of Political Science and Public Administration. His research interests are implementation of digital government as a public policy. He is also interested in issues regarding mobile government.

Erkul owns and edits the web sites www.digital-government.net and www.digitaldevlet.org, both of which have received many awards and been visited by over 5,000,000 people.

He İs a member of Executive Board of Turkish Informatics Association and he consults many digital government activities and awards.
