Seok-Jin Eom

Seok-Jin Eom is a 2006-2007 Doctoral Fellow with the NCDG. He is a Ph.D. Candidate in Public Administration at the Seoul National University in Korea. Eom received his Master of Public Administration in 2001 and his Bachelor of Economics in 1996, both from Seoul National University.

Prior to enrolling in the Ph.D. program, Eom was a business consultant for Korea's national e-government initiatives and research programs. Eom is currently analyzing the characteristics of e-government-building in Korea from an institutional perspective, focusing on the institutional arrangements that encourage the adoption of IT.
