Kenneth Neil Cukier was a Research Fellow at the NCDG from 2002-2004. He is a journalist specializing in Internet governance and was writing a book on the history of Internet governance and the creation of ICANN, the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers.
Cukier the former technology editor of The Asian Wall Street Journal in Hong Kong, the European Editor of Red Herring magazine in London, and a senior editor in Paris for Communications Week International.
In addition to his journalism work, Cukier has presented numerous papers in the areas of the Internet and international relations, network economics and cryptography policy. He is a frequent commentator on business and technology issues for CNN, CNBC and the BBC.
