Rangamani Basettihalli was an NCDG research fellow during the summer and fall of 2005. Basettihalli gathered and synthesized archival data on the development of cross-agency initiatives. She graduated with a Master in Information Systems from the National University of Singapore in December 2004. Her thesis, 'Structurational Analysis of E-Government', Case from Andhra Pradesh in India, examined the contributing factors for a successful E-government project implementation for a local administration in Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh, India.
